- Monitoring, reconciling, and reporting on CSO budget accounts using Banner/Desktop Finance, including monthly updates to the Assistant Dean/Director
- Acting as fiscal agent for Lehigh's three community school partnership sites, processing monthly grant payments from United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and managing additional grant funding as secured
- Directing the end-to-end hiring process for all student staff — including Graduate Assistants, America Reads/Counts tutors, and Ropes Course facilitators — across a cohort of 200+ employees
- Processing all payroll documentation (I-9s, W-4s, Direct Deposit authorizations) and approving web timesheets for 200+ work-study, wage, and volunteer student staff
- Providing comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, room reservations via R25, and catering contracts for the Assistant Dean/Director
- Supporting event planning and logistics for conferences, receptions, and office programs, including preparation of materials, invitations, and expense tracking

- Establishing and maintaining office files and records in compliance with university record-keeping and retention policies
- Managing and regularly updating departmental websites — including text, photos, graphics, and layout — and liaising with Library and Technology Services on complex technical needs
- Identifying opportunities to integrate social media and emerging web tools into CSO program and departmental communications
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three to five years of work related experience
- Proficiency in financial record-keeping, budget tracking, and reconciliation; familiarity with Banner or similar ERP systems is an advantage

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs simultaneously
- Confident communicator who can engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, from students to community agency partners
