Position Number: S73220

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $37,190-$44,640 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer parking permits and accounts for students, faculty, and staff — from issuance through renewal and termination
  • Process payments accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining complete and up-to-date billing records
  • Review and process parking appeals, applying university policy consistently and fairly across all cases
  • Maintain parking and access control systems, coordinating updates and escalating technical issues as needed
  • Monitor and maintain accurate parking capacity data to support operational planning and reporting
  • Respond to in-person, phone, and email enquiries from the campus community with professionalism and care
  • Support the reconciliation of parking accounts and assist with end-of-period financial reporting
  • Liaise with campus departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on parking-related matters
  • Assist with the onboarding of new permit holders, including explaining parking policies and procedures clearly
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the Parking Services office

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or office coordination role
  • Confidence handling payment processing and maintaining accurate financial or account records
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with database or permit management systems
  • Clear, professional communication skills — in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • The ability to apply established policies consistently, including in situations involving appeals or disputes
  • Familiarity with a university or similarly complex multi-stakeholder environment is an advantage, Lehigh's campus community is diverse and busy year-round
