Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following temporary position: Maintenance Technician Intern, Temporary in the Department of Parking & Transportation Services.
This position will assist the Maintenance Technician in the performance of inspecting, trouble shooting, servicing, and repairing of diesel-powered equipment.

Required: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be a student and have a recommendation from the HGTC diesel program. Pass background check, drug screening, and submit to future random drug screenings. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Duties include, but are not limited to:· Assist Maintenance Technician in the performance of inspecting, trouble shooting, servicing, and repairing of equipment and vehicles.· Basic cleaning end servicing of vehicles.· Provides exceptional customer service to all constituents, including but not limited to, faculty. staff, students, visitors and the community at large.
Temporary staff position (NS01513P). Pay commensurate with qualifications and experience. Normal work days and hours vary. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
