Job Responsibilities

• Act as an important link between corporate partners, our faculty team in business, and the students.
• Use his/her network to local and global companies operating in China to initiate corporation between BiUH and theses companies.
• Supervise student projects, group work, workshops, and practical training activities
• Teach and assess undergraduate courses related to business administration
• Develop course materials, teaching plans, assignments, and assessment methods aligned with international academic standards and applied learning principles.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching quality.

Job Qualifications

• At minimum a Master s degree in business with several years of industry experience, highly committed to teaching excellence.
• Experience in supervising undergraduate projects, research reports, or student competitions.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
