Deadline:
The Business Economics and Public Policy Department of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Wharton Workforce Futures Lab, under PI Corinne Low.
The position has an initial term of one year, which is renewable.
The fellow would develop projects related to making workplaces better for parents, eliminating rigid gender roles at home, and debunking narratives that restrict women's workplace progress together with Professor Low. Due to the funding model of this position, the fellow will be advancing coauthored work with Professor Low and other lab affiliates. About the Lab

Our WIN Narrative Challenge award will support our work to translate research into practice, busting myths about women at work and creating a new evidence base for firms to boost productivity, retention, and well-being.
