  • Coordinate project intake and routing across EDAC, SDSA, investigators, analysts, external resources, and other institutional partners; ensure required operational information and documentation are present before work proceeds.
  • Create portfolio reports and analyze project-management metrics to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, turnaround-time trends, and opportunities for workflow or resource improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, document decisions and action items, establish clear ownership, and communicate realistic timelines and next steps.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve project-management procedures, intake workflows, documentation standards, communication cadences, escalation pathways, and close-out practices.
  • Provide process-oriented information and training to faculty, staff, trainees, and partners regarding EDAC and SDSA intake, tracking, documentation, and project workflows.
  • Coordinate the timelines, documentation, and logistics for presentations, reports, training materials, and conference-related activities.

  • Strong organizational, meeting-facilitation, written communication, stakeholder-management, and status-reporting skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear decisions and next steps.
  • Experience developing, standardizing, and improving workflows, SOPs, intake processes, documentation standards, and project-management practices; Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process-improvement experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze project and operational performance data, identify bottlenecks and trends, and recommend process, prioritization, capacity, or resource improvements.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment. Familiarity with academic research, healthcare, clinical operations, data/analytics, IRB, compliance, or data-governance workflows is preferred.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and structured project-tracking tools; experience with commonly used project-management, collaboration, and reporting platforms is preferred.
  • PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or comparable project/program management training or certification is preferred but not required.
