Classification Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant office experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience. Job Description:This position functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing and coordinating trauma-informed services for victims of child abuse and neglect and their families. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, the position supports timely and coordinated access to services for eligible clients, caregivers, referral sources, community therapists, and partner agencies throughout the program's designated catchment area of Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties. The position serves as a primary point of contact for the Sexual Abuse Treatment Program (SATP) for the Child Protection Team (CPT) and provides front-line
administrative, client-access, intake, scheduling, records-management, reporting, and program-coordination support. Key responsibilities include assisting with intake documentation; coordinating appointments and managing the client waitlist; maintaining client records; completing required data reporting; supporting compliance-monitoring activities; coordinating referrals; organizing team-meeting logistics; and providing
operational support to the SATP Program Coordinator and clinical staff.
$17.72 - $21.89 per hour
Preferred: Bachelors' degree preferred, preferably in health, behavioral science, statistics, social services, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Preferred Skills and Experience: • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, mental health terminology, and clinical documentation standards. • Familiarity with electronic health records systems and other relevant computer-based administrative tools. • Experience in scheduling, billing, and referral management. • Previous work in non-profit, community health, or mental health settings is highly valued. Understanding of ethics and values related to community mental health care. Special Instructions to Applicants:This is a time-limited position.
