Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:- Knowledge of university policies, practices and procedures
- Ability to gather, validate organize qualitative and quantitative information.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle practices, including intake, prioritization, implementation and project closeout.
- Proficiency with TeamDynamix or comparable project-management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate project files.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students/parents.
- Interact courteously with staff
- Decide best referral for students, individualize needs, respond to a variety of inquiries.
- Remote Work: Competence in managing responsibilities and communication effectively in a remote work setting.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing goals and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Organization, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project-management practices, including project intake and prioritization.
- Experience using TeamDynamix (TDX) platform
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders in a complex and changing environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, maintain accurate project documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business operations or project management functions within a university or higher education institution.
- Experience configuring and administering project-management workflows and documentation standards in TeamDynamix or comparable system.
- Experience developing dashboards, executive briefings, performance reports and data visualizations
- Project management or comparable professional certification
Responsible for documenting proposed processes, defining performance metrics and identifying and resolving process gaps.
Job Duties:- Build out and maintain project-management functionality within TeamDynamix (TDX).
- Develop or update existing procedural guidelines.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and environment scans.
- Assess business processes and service delivery.
- Complete other projects to support the mission of TXST Global.
