Minimum Salary $33,671.87

Position Summary

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for Nursing Programs, coordinating admissions, student onboarding, compliance documentation, and daily departmental activities. Serves as a key resource for students, faculty, clinical partners, regulatory agencies, and the public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides administrative support for Nursing Programs, including scheduling, correspondence, records, purchasing, budgets, travel, and general office operations.Coordinates nursing admissions, including application processing, applicant communications, acceptance materials, orientation, and student entry.Tracks student clinical compliance, onboarding requirements, and graduating student/licensure documentation.Supports accreditation and regulatory requirements through preparation and maintenance of reports, surveys, documentation, and submissions.Serves as a primary resource for students, faculty, clinical partners, and the public while coordinating departmental activities, meetings, communications, and student worker support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED.Minimum one (1) year of experience in office administration or a similar environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree.Bilingual English/Spanish.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with computers and standard office technology. Ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, external partners, agencies, and the public while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professionalism. Disclaimer:
