Position Summary
Elon University invites applications for an Assistant Professor Tenure Track position in Human Service Studies beginning mid-August, 2027. Candidates must hold an earned doctorate in a Human Services related discipline, and demonstrate effectiveness in teaching as well as demonstrating an active research agenda. Candidates should have the ability to teach broadly within the major and to supervise student field placements. Faculty also teach courses in Elon's Core Curriculum.
Candidates who have experience working with a diverse range of people are encouraged to identify their experiences in contributing to a climate of inclusivity in their cover letters.
