Halifax Health is seeking an anesthesiologist to join our growing, physician-led, MD-only anesthesiology practice in Deltona, Florida. Our MD-only model provides an opportunity to practice alongside experienced anesthesiologists in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on high-quality patient care.

Located in Central Florida along the I-4 corridor, Deltona offers an appealing combination of professional opportunity and quality of life. Deltona is approximately 25 miles from both Orlando and Daytona Beach, providing easy access to major metropolitan amenities, international travel, world-class entertainment, and some of Florida's most popular beaches. The community itself offers a more relaxed pace of life, with numerous lakes, parks, trails, and outdoor recreational opportunities nearby.

Deltona is the largest municipality in Volusia County and one of Central Florida's growing communities. Its location makes it an ideal home base for physicians who want access to Orlando and the Atlantic coast without living in the center of a major metropolitan area.

 

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience. 

Preferred:

Board certified in Anesthesiology

Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
