Job Details:The CAEP accredited Spadoni College of Education and Social Sciences at Coastal Carolina University, in Conway, South Carolina invites applications for a part-time Teaching Associate position in Literacy Education beginning January 2027. The department seeks an individual with the credentials to teach one or two sections of undergraduate literacy education courses for preservice teachers. All courses will be face-to-face and must be taught on campus. Please state in your cover letter whether you are available to teach evenings, days, or both.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree in education from an accredited college/school of education-18 graduate credit hours in literacy education from an accredited college/school of education· Minimum of three years teaching experience in a kindergarten through third grade classroom in public schools.-Valid teaching certificate or eligibility to obtain one
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Completion of LTRS Training
