Job Description:

The University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida is seeking an Assistant Professor for the Department of Management. Duties and responsibilities include teaching, research, and service. Teaching duties include teaching graduate-level courses, mentoring PhD students, providing effective instruction in strategic management, and participating in departmental service. Research duties center on the Future of Work, with expectations to conduct high-quality studies that advance understanding of anticipated changes in the workforce, work tasks, work environments, management practices, organizational adaptation, and strategic leadership. Position also requires impactful research published in top-tier journals while contributing meaningfully to the department and broader academic community.

Required Qualifications:

Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Management
