AST PROF

Serving in the tenure-track position of Assistant Professor with the Department of Management of the UF Warrington College of Business, with duties and responsibilities to include teaching, research, and service. Teaching duties include teaching graduate-level courses, mentoring PhD students, providing effective instruction in strategic management, and participating in departmental service. Research duties center on the Future of Work, with expectations to conduct high-quality studies that advance understanding of anticipated changes in the workforce, work tasks, work environments, management practices, organizational adaptation, and strategic leadership. Position also requires impactful research published in top-tier journals while contributing meaningfully to the department and broader academic community.

Position requires a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Management.
