Part Time Professor, Advertising and Branding

At SCAD, you’ll join a distinguished advertising faculty who bring years of professional experience and vital industry connections to the classroom. SCAD's primary objective is to provide high-quality educational opportunities to its students in a professional environment that fosters knowledge, creativity, discipline, and character.

You will:
• Prepare coursework, design a syllabus, and get syllabus approval
• Host office hours, midterm grade reviews, and more
• Provide students with extra help sessions, extended learning opportunities, and field trips outside of regular class hours
• Model professionalism, fulfill all grading and academic documentation requirements, and record attendance
• Assist with academic assessment and institutional effectiveness efforts

Minimum qualifications:   
• Terminal degree in advertising and branding or a relevant discipline
• Academic and professional credentials to teach advertising and branding
• Two years of work experience in a related profession OR post-secondary teaching experience
