KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Talent Acquisition is responsible for the ongoing strategy and process of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent. This role delivers full cycle recruiting functions with an emphasis on creative sourcing solutions for high volume positions, professional positions and student positions in the College of Arts and Sciences. Maintains relationships with hiring managers, candidates, professional associations and the community at-large.. Works with Talent Acquisition leaders to provide input into recruitment strategy plans.

60%: Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Manages day to day talent acquisition operations to ensure high quality and timely fulfillment of full-cycle recruitment activities for the College of Arts and Sciences.

  • Reviews job postings in preparation to post in Workday and/or external sites.

  • Meets regularly with assigned customers to identify and develop recruitment and pipeline strategies based upon forecasted needs.

  • Provide comprehensive recruitment support to hiring departments including guidance on utilizing Workday

  • Handles specialized recruitment programs to proactively address ongoing needs and spikes in hiring volume to drive candidate pipeline

Serves as a liaison to the applicant community by monitoring and responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries. Models our shared values and sets high recruitment standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Analyzes and presents recruitment metrics as required

20%: Recruitment Sourcing and Branding

  • Leverages creative sourcing strategies such as community partnerships, employee resource groups and social media; engages with passive candidates to create pipelines

20%: Talent initiatives

  • Engages in various talent initiatives that support the streamlining of processes and improvement of service delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2-4 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Workday experience preferred.

Additional Information:

The hiring range for this position till be $58,700 - $64,000. The offer for this position will be based on internal equity and the candidate's qualifications.
