JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Resource Center is seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Human Resources Assistant to provide front-line service and operational support to employees, applicants, visitors, and other internal and external customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing broad knowledge and experience across Human Resources. As a central point of contact for the department, you will help employees and customers navigate HR processes, answer questions, resolve routine issues, and connect individuals with the right HR resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Because the Employee Resource Center provides direct service to employees, applicants, and visitors, this position provides full-time, in-person coverage on-site. Limited workplace flexibility may be available depending on operational needs and Employee Resource Center staffing.

APPOINTMENT TERMS
This is a full-time, 40-hour work-week, position based in Storrs and includes a full benefits package and competitive salary. This appointment requires an in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule.
