Job Description:

Distance Education is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 12 hours per week for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 terms. Duties include: close-captioning videos; checking and maintaining digital accessibility; producing content in alternate media formats; preparing requested materials related to course documents for use in Canvas; updating courses with alt text and closed captions, as well as other curriculum content application updates; and assist with HTML code in Canvas as needed for standard compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software programs and quickly grasp new technologies; basic maintenance of educational equipment; basic office methods, practices, and procedures.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour
