Position Summary: This position assists with the strategic operations within all areas of the Athletic Department. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community OR ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: These duties are intended only as examples of the various types of job duties to be performed. The following are the functions essential to performing this job: 1. Assist Facilities & Equipment Supervisor to ensure a safe and clean workout environment through constant circulation of the Athletics Center facilities. 2. Assist with overseeing use of the Weight Room and Gymnasium.3. Assist in identifying participant exercise risk and concern.4. Clean and sanitize Weight Room equipment.5. Provide appropriate set-up of gymnasium equipment to include volleyball and basketball.6. Assist with game day duties.7. Other duties as assigned.

1. High school diploma/GED2. Current FCC student3. Excellent verbal communication skills4. Ability to lift, move, carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and ascend and descend stairs5. Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races
