Job Details:1. Maintain a supportive and unrestricted living environment.2. Model daily living skills such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, organization, adaptability, and time management3. Facilitate weekly suite meetings and build positive relationships with residents.4. Assist with transportation and daily routines as appropriate.5. Support social skill development and conflict resolution6. Respond appropriately to student concerns or crises and follow reporting procedures7. Collaborate with CoastalLIFE staff and attend required trainings8. Uphold university and program policies, professionalism, and confidentiality
