Job Details
- Work with the Executive Director of Alumni Relations to prepare and execute all Alumni Events, projects, and initiatives.Support alumni event planning as needed on key events such as Homecoming, Alumni Gatherings (various locations), Golden Grads, Storm the Road, various Senior student events, and multiple career fairs.Work with the Executive Director of Alumni Relations to send strategic alumni communications using the Raisers Edge NXT database, including creating e-newsletters and event invitations, as well as post-event follow-up communications. Respond to a variety of questions/requests regarding SNU and the Alumni Association.Coordinate volunteers for events as needed.Maintain alumni and donor confidentiality and protect records following industry and University guidelines at all times. Work with the Director of Advancement Services in the Alumni database to maintain accurate alumni records.Assist with Alumni Relations social media content.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships.Ability to work independently.Ability to operate office equipment.Ability to provide quality customer service.Additional duties as assigned.

Southern Nazarene University is a private, Christian, liberal arts university. It is an expression of the educational ministry of the Church of the Nazarene.
