Job SummaryThis is a 19.5 hour per week maximum, part-time student position. This position requires employees who are able to positively represent this Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
The student employee must have effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Student employees must have a high level of integrity as they may come into contact with confidential information. The student may serve as the first point of contact for the office, perform clerical duties, run errands on campus, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising campus facilities during hours of operation, renting equipment to students, representing the department during campus events, clean and organize designated facilities, and enforce facility rules and regulations while it is being utilized.
The weekly schedule will be assigned by the supervisor in conjunction with the student's class schedule. The work schedule is subject to change between semesters or as needed. Students are not to work during scheduled class time, even if class is cancelled or dismissed early.

- Drive a golf cart and/or deliver program event items for set-up, facilitation, and break down
- Perform any related work as required
Educational Requirements
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times
- Must possess and maintain a minimum of a 2.0 GPA
Other Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license to drive a campus golf cart
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus
$9.00 per hour
