Job Responsibilities

• Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core subjects:
  • Production Planning and Control
  • Quality Management
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Logistics IT Systems
• Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry production practices
• Supervise student projects and internships in production management, quality systems, and operational excellence
• Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world production environments

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or closely related field
• Strong expertise in production management
• Experience with production software and systems preferred
• Industry experience in manufacturing, production management, quality assurance, or operations consulting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
• English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable

• Autumn Semester 2026 (August 2026)
