Assistant Dean for Student Success and Outreach

The College of Letters & Science at Montana State University is seeking a dedicated and collaborative leader to serve as the Assistant Dean for Student Success and Outreach. This position plays a critical role in advancing the college’s mission by supporting undergraduate student success, recruitment, and retention.

The Assistant Dean will work closely with the Dean, Associate Deans, and Department Heads to lead and coordinate a wide range of initiatives, including recruitment and retention efforts, student engagement, program assessment, strategic communications, and the administration of college scholarships and awards. This role requires a strong commitment to student development, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build relationships across departments and programs.
