Job Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Campus Facilities Directors. This position is a multi-skilled position, that performs building maintenance of a nonspecific trade skill. Assist with maintenance at all campuses. Must have transportation as the position may be required to travel to all campuses as necessary.

Assist the Campus Facilities Directors with daily maintenance needs such as grounds, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry. Performs multiple professional trade functions as needed to include general carpentry work; repairs and minor construction; paint and drywall repairs; plumbing repairs and fixture installation and light electrical repairs such as light bulb replacements, and outlet and switch replacement. Comply with Facilities Operational and Assessment Plans. Work with other maintenance trades specialists performing preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid SC Driver's License
