Butler University is seeking a driven, full-time, experienced Business Services Coordinator for the Operations Division. The Business Services Coordinator is a key member of the Operations Division in interfacing with vendors coordinating purchase orders and payments, as well as customer service with end-user clients on work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial and inventories
- Manage all business-related tasks
- Accounts receivables and payables
- Purchase Orders
- Journals, vouchers, deposits, credit card statements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, Bachelors Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or Financial Processing role
- Works well with others and independently, with a high attention to detail in all work.
