Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator, Boca Raton, Fl.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day office operations of OLLI Boca Raton. Reporting to the Director, the Business Operations Coordinator primary responsibilities will be to enact HR and Finance processes in Workday to effect the hiring, onboarding, and payment of vendors, faculty, and staff.
Summary of Responsibilities Include:
- The coordinator will also work with customer service staff to ensure that all business transactions (registration, donation, rental payments, etc.) are properly documented and reconciled in a timely fashion.
- On an occasional basis, the coordinator will be expected to assist the customer service team as needed and serve as liaison to the Board of Advisors.
- Other duties, in addition to those itemized below, will be assigned by the Director on an as needed basis.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must also have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.Salary:
