    Ensures the operational integrity and performance of all equipment and software used in support of instruction and special events on a CampusCoordinates and optimizes the Campus’ educational support services and special events/programsSupervises and schedules a team of technicians supporting academic services at the College; including but not limited to, keeping multimedia classrooms in working order and managing video distribution systemsOversees and leads technical teams supporting major eventsManages one or more operations within the department; such as, collection development, serials, sound set ups, basic Video ConferencingPerforms minor maintenance on hardware and troubleshoots problems with hardware and softwarePerforms installation of new software application programs for the departmentPerforms standard equipment set-ups; to include but not limited to, computers, data projectors, document cameras, and multimedia cartsTroubleshoots multimedia delivery systems and provides basic support in an academic settingMaintains an accurate inventory of equipment, materials and instructional resources for classroom use

    Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field plus five (5) years related work experience; or an Associate’s degree in a technical or related field plus nine (9) years related work experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
