Description of Duties/Selection Criteria To teach courses in subject area. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with industry experience in Hospitality Management. Master's Degree preferred. Must have knowledge of menu planning, serv safe, and food and beverage management. Preferred Qualifications & Special Considerations (i.e. overtime, expertise in, physical requirements, flexible in schedule, travel, preferred qualifications, etc) Master's Degree preferred. Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities. Special Instructions to Applicants Please be aware that this is an adjunct pool position.
