Under supervision of Food Service Manager and or Sr. Cook, incumbent performs journeyman level food preparation. This would include: proper food handling, proper knife and equipment handling, proper sanitation and cleaning of equipment. Recording of product usage, plating of food, portion control, cooking, assisting in catering and special events.
Partial Year Career Position is for 10 months at 80%
Salary: Hourly $14.71
Work Schedule: Hours will vary
