Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Student Development, the Assistant Director for Student Development Operations is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Student Development division related to managing the functional data systems, developing systems applications and operational procedures, supervise the Degree Audit Coordinator, the Admissions and Records Functional Support Coordinator, and the Credentials Analysts, overseeing the administration of Admissions and Records Office policies and procedures, organizing and coordinating special projects related to data management, ensuring federal and state regulatory compliance, compiling reports, and serving on college committees and commissions.
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. A minimum of three (3) years related experience.

2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
3. Knowledge of data base systems and tools.
4. Experience in data and systems analysis.
5. Familiarity with higher education systems.
6. Supervisory experience.
The salary is competitive.
Hours Per Week:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
