Frostburg State University, College of Business, seeks applications for a full-time tenure- track Instructor/Assistant Professor of Operations Management for its Department of Management. The position is available beginning Fall of 2013. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and includes USM benefits package.
Responsibilities: Teach graduate Management Decision and Analysis and undergraduate Operations Management, Quality Management and/or other management courses both face-to-face and online with appropriate research productivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate teaching excellence. ABD candidates with a firm completion date by Fall 2013 will be considered for appointment at the rank of Instructor. Previous teaching experience and evidence of scholarly work required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Earned doctorate in Operations Management, Decision Sciences, or a closely related management discipline for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates should show evidence of teaching in the strategic management field.
