Provides assistance to the school of Teacher Education in the use of remote communication technology devices used to support assessment, field and clinical experiences, and candidates in collaborative schools in the implementation of Title III objectives for SOTE. Coordinates a variety of activities to support Enhancing a Teacher Education Program to Qualify Students to Teach in a Secondary School and Prepare for Certification; works with remote learning technologies to ensure reports are accurately created, organized, scheduled and distributed. Assists with loading and testing remote technologies; loads, validates and manages remote technologies registrations, enrollments, access and permissions. Enters changes to courses, classes, instructors and delivery costs; manages the quality check program and learner configurations. Maintains standard processes; provides input for creation and improvement of processes. Serves as technical support/customer resolution support for programs and learner's experiences; creates reports; and performs other related duties as required. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
