Position Summary: A Training Assistant serves as an EKU liaison to contracting agency personnel, provides customer service, training support and administrative duties, while ensuring quality services have been provided. Provide office management and clerical functions. Coordinate training events and conferences. Develop media and multi-media products to enhance training. Perform budgetary services for agency members. Design, develop, and prepare print related materials and supplies. Support the training delivery system by maintaining training records and compiling management reports. Provide customer service and act as liaison to contracting agencies.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Minimum Experience Qualifications: Two years of related administrative experience.
