Daemen College seeks applicants for a full time, tenure-track position
in the Mathematics Department beginning in August 2013.
The successful candidate will teach a broad range of undergraduate
mathematics courses, as well as have the opportunity to contribute to
the Daemen College core curriculum through interdisciplinary courses
or first year seminars. A Ph.D degree by September 2013 is
required. Qualified applicants must show evidence of a strong
commitment to teaching at a liberal arts institution, where students
expect close contact with their professors and welcome opportunities
to engage in collaborative research.

teaching philosophy graduate transcripts (copies acceptable),
evidence of teaching effectiveness and scholarly activity, and three
letters of reference (at least one about teaching) to
