Job Description:

The University of Florida, Department of Pharmacotherapy & Translational Research is seeking a postdoctoral candidate to participate in an NIH/NCI funded, grant (R01CA132946), focused on pharmacogenomics of Ara-C in AML. The successful applicant will join an interdisciplinary team consisting of cancer biologists, oncologists and statistical geneticists and will be involved in working with big genomic/epigenomic datasets. Candidates with a Ph.D. and training in genomic, functional genomics are encouraged to apply. Technical and conceptual expertise in tissue culture techniques with emphasis of siRNA mediated knockdown is desirable. Experience in bioinformatics and genome-wide association studies with some degree of exposure to epigenetics would be preferred.

Ph.D in Pharmacy or a related field
