VICE-PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND TREASURER


Cayuga Community College seeks an energetic, creative, collaborative and experienced individual to serve as its Chief Financial Officer and lead its financial and business operations.   This is a cabinet level, senior administrative position reporting directly to the College President. 

Provides leadership, oversight and support to the Comptroller, Director Capital Projects and Facilities, Director of Human Resources, Director of Public Safety, Director of Student Financial Assistance and Compliance and Dean of Information Technology.

Major duties include budget development and control, development of financial and business policies and procedures, risk management, facility development and strategic planning.  Performs other duties as assigned by the President.

Qualifications:

Required:  Strong leadership, managerial, financial, communication, interpersonal and computer skills.  Master's degree in accounting, finance or business administration or related field.  A minimum of five years of managerial and financial experience.  Preferred:  Experience in higher education administration, especially, a community college.  Strongly preferred:  Experience in a SUNY community college.  Familiarity with Banner software.
