The Brooklyn College English department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor with course design and teaching experience in the literatures of Asian America and Asia or the Asian diasporas in their socio-historical contexts. Candidates should have a promising research and publication agenda, a commitment to college service, and interest in the development of an interdisciplinary program in Asian American/Asian Studies.


Ph.D. in Comparative Literature, English, or American Studies in hand or to be awarded by May 2015.


$61,903 - $74,133; Commensurate with experience and credentials.
