Assistant Professor of Management
Posting Description: The Business School at the University of Colorado Denver (UCD) has an opening for a full- time tenure track Assistant Professor of Management. We are particularly interested in candidates with a deep commitment to research and teaching in any of the macro management sub-disciplines Business Strategy, Organization and Management Theory or macro-oriented Entrepreneurship. This is an Assistant Professor position in the Management department at the University of Colorado Denver Business School.The faculty member will teach 4 courses (3 hours each) during a 9-month appointment and is expected to maintain a track record of high quality peer-reviewed published academic research in his/her field. The position is 40% teaching, 40% research, and 20% service. Minimum Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Required qualifications for the position include a Ph.D. in Management or related field from an AACSB accredited (or equivalent) university. PhD and dissertation must be in a macro-management field, e.g., BPP, OMT. Applicants must demonstrate potential for excellence in research and for excellence in teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
