The Assistant Director serves as a member of a dynamic recruitment team responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment and yield plans. The Assistant Director also represents the College at recruitment events domestically and internationally and communicates extensively with faculty program directors regarding marketing efforts, enrollment, merit aid, and program updates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Education (including hardware, software, and equipment)
Bachelors Degree

Knowledge of federal visa regulations and educational systems around the world.

Strong cross-cultural communication and customer service skills.

Public speaking skills

Reporting & data analysis skills.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Education (including hardware, software, and equipment)
Masters Degree

Supervisory Experience

NAFSA (National Association of Foreign Student Advisors) training in visa regulations

International credential review

Required Prior Work Experience
1-3 Years of Professional Admission Experience

Individual Work Activities
Function as program liaison for designated graduate programs. Correspond regularly with the faculty graduate program directors regarding program updates. Prepare reports to assist faculty with meeting enrollment targets and monitor merit aid offers. Collaborate with the faculty and enrollment marketing to develop program-specific marketing efforts.
