Analytics Specialist, College of Pharmacy
Job Summary: Roosevelt University's College of Pharmacy seeks an Analytics Specialist to support all assessment activities and academic service functions for the college. This is a full-time, exempt, administrative, position located on the Schaumburg Campus. This position reports to the Director of Assessment and Administrative Services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Earned Bachelor's Degree. At least 1 year of previous data collection experience. Demonstrated knowledge of data compilation and collection methods and processes. Demonstrated ability to manage and compile large data sets and organize data into coherent tables/charts and/or spreadsheets for review and analysis. Strong organizational and time-management skills; demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong written/oral communication skills and a keen attention to detail is required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Excel).
Preferred Qualifications: Earned Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or related field is a plus. Previous experience with Oracle/ SQL based report writing tools (I.e. Crystal reports, Argos or comparable) is a plus. Previous experience with Ellucian/ Banner ERP is a plus. Previous experience in Higher Education preferred.
