GENERAL DUTIES

Supports College fundraising activities by providing operational and analytical support.

- Researches potential funding programs and opportunities

- Researches, compiles, and prepares various data for reports and analysis

- Participates in drafting funding proposals, applications, and other correspondence

- Assists with prospect research

- Prepares pre- and post-solicitation materials

- Provides support for fundraising activities and events

- May supervise office operations and/or monitor department budget

- Performs related duties as assigned

CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the Development Coordinator will be assist with developing and support all processes to ensure the accuracy and usability of the fundraising database.  This will include uploading donor gifts, processing acknowledgement letters, and designing various reports and database queries. 

In addition, the Development Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining content on the Foundation's website in partnership with Hunter's Communications department.  This will include the online donation page, setting up links, and updating content. Other work could include checking fund account balances and providing reports on this information as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree required.

COMPENSATION

Commensurate with experience ($35,576 - $50,568).
