Head Coach, Women's Tennis
Beloit College, an NCAA Division III member of the Midwest Conference and Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM) is seeking a dynamic individual to lead its Women’s Tennis program. This is a part-time position (not benefits eligible), reporting to the Director of Athletics & Recreation. Beloit College is a highly selective coeducational college of 1250 students, nationally recognized for its international and experiential education.
The college is seeking candidates for this position who can demonstrate a record of success in coaching tennis and exhibit knowledge of recruiting strategies for an academically demanding liberal arts college. It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrate a commitment to the academic success of the students and a compassion for the needs of student-athletes in the context of a highly selective liberal arts institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will have responsibility over all facets of a successful collegiate women’s tennis program including, but not limited to, coaching, student-athlete recruitment and retention, scheduling, and budget management.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A successful record of coaching and recruiting at the collegiate level is highly desirable.
