Position Summary: The Department of Politics at Princeton University seeks applicants for a Postdoctoral Research Associate or more senior research position that involves a year of research at Princeton. The aim of the program is to nurture a diverse group of promising scholars, and there is a particular interest in attracting applications from groups that have been historically underrepresented in the field of political science at Princeton University, including women, ethnic minorities, veterans, and the disabled. Applications are welcome from scholars who will have received their doctoral degrees within the past four years (or expect to receive a Ph.D. by the start date, September 1, 2015). The cover letter should describe how applicants might engage in collaborative research projects with Princeton politics faculty members. This position is subject to the University's background check policy. Initial appointment is for a one year term with the possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance and continued funding.
