Assistant Professor of History
The Department of History at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, seeks applications for two tenure-track assistant professors to teach U.S. History after 1815, to begin August 17, 2015. Area of specialty is open. Applicants should have a promising research agenda, evidence of excellent teaching potential, and a willingness to serve the department and university. Duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, including participation in the rotation of the U.S. survey courses; maintaining an active research agenda; performing service to the department and university.
