Editorial Assistant/Project Coordinator, Part Time, AFT 21
This individual will coordinate with freelance designers and Rowan clients to manage the dramatically increased editorial and production workload that cannot be served by existing staff. The position requires considerable editorial and production skill. The scope of responsibilities includes: Help produce materials and publications in collaboration with University Relations team; help produce Rowan Magazine; help with annual events and special events; provide project management and client service; act as liaison between photographer, vendor and other contractors. At least one year in a university publications environment and bachelor's degree required, master's preferred. Applicants must have advanced working knowledge of the Macintosh as well as familiarity with production and printing technologies.
