Our Innovation Team is currently looking for an energetic and knowledgeable individual to fill our Program Director - Business Position. Primary Function: The Program Director leads the development and implementation of educational programs that meet accreditation and University requirements and policies. The Program Director collaborates with internal and external academic customers to produce new academic program curriculum and revise existing University program curriculum. The incumbent performs data collection, analyses, and evaluations and makes recommendations for development of programs and course design strategies based on findings. The Program Director works closely with Course Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), marketing analysts, assessment specialists, and other University staff to craft program curriculum. Qualifications/Skills: • Doctorate or terminal degree in related field preferred; Master’s Degree required. • Previous teaching experience preferred. • Proven knowledge and evidence of leadership in academic planning, program development, implementation and evaluation • Demonstrated work experience with the adult learner and a history of commitment to active learning. • Excellent communication skills required. • Ability to interact and work effectively with faculty, administration, staff, and students in a collegial and multicultural environment.
