Provide administrative support to the Ph.D., MS, MBA, and Humphrey Fellows programs and support to the administration of graduate financial aid. Other duties include: back up support for the front desk/reception area, administrative support for Field Seminars, and coordinating large and small scale events. Support the activities of the Graduate Program Office, including but not limited to; long and short-term project management, interacting with students, creating publications and announcements and disseminating information, processing expense reports, maintaining a variety of spreadsheets and databases, and providing general office support.

Required Skills

Associate's Degree, B.A./B.S. preferred, proficient in Word, File Maker, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, knowledge of HTML a plus, must work with a high level of independence, have strong attention to detail, and interact with diverse constituents (students, faculty, staff and alumni) and one to three years of office experience.
