Online Adjunct Professor - Gender, Leadership, and Negotiation

A pioneer in innovative academic programs since 1897 Bay Path University is seeking an experienced adjunct faculty member for this online graduate course beginning in October 2014. Gender has a significant impact on leadership and negotiation in both overt and covert ways. This course will delve deeply into the issue of gender in leadership and negotiation and analyze the myths, challenges, and opportunities in this realm. Students will explore this issue both conceptually and practically. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in related field required, Ph.D preferred. Candidates must have extensive experience teaching various courses in leadership and negotiation at the college or university level. Experience teaching courses online within learning management systems (e.g. Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, Sakai, etc.) preferred, but not required. Qualified applicants must have demonstrated practical experience in leadership, negotiation, or conflict resolution to be able to bring tangible lessons to the classroom. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
