Position Summary: The Campus Experience Recruiter supports the Office of Recruitment by overseeing an outstanding campus visit experience. With limited supervision, is responsible for planning and executing individual and group visits for prospective students and directly supervises the Chancellor's Ambassador program.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service,sales, marketing and/or data management. Basic understanding of recruitment policies and practices and basic marketing principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone and by e-mail with a wide variety of personalities. Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a busy office setting. Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products, e-mail, social media, calendar systems, and database basics. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to answer questions on a myriad of subjects related to the University. Ability to work with limited supervision and establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and attention to detail in trying circumstances.
